Lincoln Pickard has declared that he is running for the Chair of the San Diego County Governing Board of the Republican Party. (aka: the Central Committee). Under current leadership we have been losing the voter registration battle for 10 years. Also we have been losing high profile elected positions in the County and elected people have been leaving the Party.
