Sydney Agile Coach Meetup

Mission

This group's mission is to help support and sustain the strong Sydney Agile Coaching community in an ever-changing and evolving landscape. We endeavour to make our meetup a safe environment for all Agile Coaches to share knowledge, expose their challenges, learn from each other and continue to progress the Agile community forwards.

Cadence

We aim to meet every second month.

Place

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be holding our meetups remotely for the foreseeable future. Once we are in a position to return to in-person meetups, Elabor8 will kindly host us to make it possible for this group to meet physically.

Approach

We aim not to have monthly speakers. Rather we expect knowledge to emerge from the group because of its diversity and the use of emergent learning practices. We will leverage facilitators and content curators to ensure these sessions run well.

• Unconventional catch-ups uncovering new ways of learning

• Agile Coaches debating complex problems related to large Enterprises

• Nothing shallow as we explore your problems, mindsets, experiences, and insights. Here you have a voice and people want to hear from you!

• A focus not just on awareness and a desire to know more. Instead we’ll be creating knowledge, and developing our abilities and making sure we stay supported on our journey
