Join us for the next installment of Pie & AI DeepLearning.AI Sydney community event were we dive into the world of AI.

Theme: Understand what modern agentic workflows look like for enterprise, learn the tips and tricks from local Australian specialists working with generative AI agents.

With the the explosion of generative AI and agentic workflows we will hear from two local Sydney based startups that are working with agentic and generative AI solutions. The scaling of AI being a complex issue also introduces new issues and risks as well as opportunities to innovate where previous AI solutions would fall short.

Mosaic AI Agent Framework: Empowering Enterprise Solutions
Živilė Norkūnaitė (Senior Solution Architect, Databricks) - Beginning her career in Europe and moving on to architect complex data engineering and cloud solutions in New Zealand's startup ecosystem. She is now based in Sydney, where she helps NSW businesses design efficient, AI-driven data solutions on the Databricks platform.

• Živilė will introduce the Mosaic AI Agent Framework, a powerful toolkit on Databricks designed for building, deploying, and evaluating enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application as an example, Živilė will walk us through the various parts of the framework, demonstrating how it helps developers build scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Supercharging LLMs and AI Agents with GraphRAG and AgenticRAG
Siddhant Agarwal (Developer Relations Lead, Neo4j) - An experienced community builder and Developer Relations Lead at Neo4j. His career spans over a decade, including leading Google's Developer Relations in India, and building professional and student developer ecosystems. Siddhant is also an ACM Distinguished Speaker and has been recognized for his work in UX and AI.

• Siddhant will explore two innovative approaches—GraphRAG and AgenticRAG—that significantly enhance the performance and decision-making capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• GraphRAG integrates enterprise data into knowledge graphs, boosting the factual accuracy and reasoning capabilities of LLMs. AgenticRAG takes it a step further by creating context-aware, intelligent agents that can navigate complex information landscapes, providing deeper insights into practical applications, particularly in industries like finance and healthcare.
