Bio:
Alvonn is a Engineering Director at Deloitte Australia’s Engineering, AI & Data. Alvonn’s consulting career has a strong focus on managing multi-disciplinary teams and hands-on delivery of ICT strategies and architectures, front-end systems, back-end systems, cloud native solutions and cloud infrastructures.

Based in Sydney, Alvonn has been hands-on in delivering technology solutions for over ten years in complex enterprise environments for clients in various industries. During this time, he has led clients and projects through various technology trends, striking a balance between proven approaches and true innovation. Alvonn leads a passionate team of consultants, architects, and engineers. He specialises in extracting maximum value from existing enterprise landscapes.

Arpita Agarwal serves as a Staff Solutions Engineer at Confluent, bringing extensive experience from enterprise software companies and startups (all acquired). Throughout her career, she has specialized in architecting and developing AI/ML algorithms, building robust data pipelines and creating enterprise products. Her work has predominantly focused on real-time event streaming at scale, leveraging high-performance platforms like Kafka. In her current role, Arpita applies her deep knowledge of application architectures and data pipelines to assist customers in the ANZ region in establishing event-streaming platforms using Confluent technologies.
