Piro Sausage - Chicken sausages with a Nepalese spicy sauce.
Lamb Sukuti - Smoked dried Jerky meat fried, sautéed in tomato, onion, chilli.
Nepalese Achar - Typical Nepalese achar made of mixed spices, tomatoes, mint leaves and herbs.
Samosa - Traditional Pastries Stuffed with potatoes, peas in Nepalese spices.
Roti - Soft roti made of flour, great with curry.
Papadums - Crispy, glossy and crackling flatbread with cumin seed.
