Picnic With A Book | Lunch and Reading | Sun 21 Apr

Come along to a picnic in the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney on the Band Lawn (near the Wishing Tree and Maiden Pavilion)! Our riff on a "Silent Book Club", the idea is to go out and read with friends! There is no pressure to have read a specific book: bring along whatever book you're reading - any genre or format will do.

The approximate timeframe looks like this:
11:30 - 12:30 - Picnic lunch and share what you're reading
12:30 - 13:30 - Quiet reading hour
13:30 - 14:30 - Share your thoughts with the group

Meeting points at 11:30am:
- Royal Botanic Gardens Macquarie Street Entrance (see Google Streetview photo!) - Aaron and Joshua will meet you here to walk down to the Band Lawn
- The Band Lawn - meet Yelise here if you're confident with navigation

What To Bring:
- A plate / food to share (barrier to entry for making food is ZERO - just bring something to contribute)
- A current read - anything you're currently working on is fine!
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen etc.)

Optional:
- Something to sit on (picnic rug, mat)
