Mosman Bay Wharf to Mosman via Middle Head

This scenic walk starts at Mosman Bay Wharf and heads up stairs and a steep hill before following the harbour foreshore to Sirius Cove, Bradleys Head and Chowder Bay. The walk then joins the newly completed Middle Head to Georges Head walking track with stunning views and historic fortifications. Walkers can either bring lunch or buy lunch (Michele suggests Frenchys Cafe) to have at Headland Park before continuing along Middle Head Road to Mosman.

Distance: About 14km
Terrain: Stairs and a couple of steep hills on tracks and sealed pathways; muddy in places.

GETTING THERE: F6 ferry departs Wharf 4 Circular Quay at 9.30am; arrives Mosman Bay Wharf at 9.50am. (Remember to check beforehand for any changes to wharf number or scheduled departure.)

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear good bushwalking shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen, rain jacket, first aid kit, picnic lunch and 2L water.
