Walk Balmain to Lewisham (for lunch)
Details
As much as possible we will follow the foreshore around Balmain through Mort Park, Ballast Point and Birchgrove. Then along a part of the Bay walk through King George Park and Callan Park. Then along the Hawthorne Canal in Haberfield to Lewisham to a hotel for lunch. The train station on the T2 line is near the hotel, Distance unsure maybe around 10-12 km, mostly on footpaths.
TRANSPORT
Ferry to Balmain Ferry Wharf leaves Circular Quay, Wharf 5, at 9.45 am and arrives at 9.57 am
