Walking/Swimming and Eating at Parramatta Lake

Meet at the Parramatta Lake Beach swimming area at 10am.
28 Bourke St, North Parramatta, NSW 2151, Australia.
We can walk around the lake, 1.5hr walk. 4.2 km
Please wear walking shoes as this is a real bush walk.

And then swim or skip the walk and just swim if its a very hot day.
There are life guards.

We will swim at the beach area. Change area and toilets available.
Please bring noodles and lilos etc.. Kayaking and paddle boards if you have them as they can be used just beyond the swimming area.

Then lunch at nearby Baulkham Hills Sports Club
