North Head Loop

Christmas Day meander around North Head taking in a few beaches (potential swim) and look-outs. Starting and finishing at Manly Wharf, this will be a leisurely day out. Walk will commence from Manly ferry wharf (fountain) at 1030 am.

We'll walk in an anti clockwise direction, passing Collins and Quarantine beaches in the morning. Lunch will be had someplace up in the North Fort precinct and we'll then continue around North head back via Shelley beach to Manly.

Swimming opportunities at Quarantine and Shelley beaches, and a recovery drink for those who want to join in at one of the Hotels that will be open in the Corso.

Bring all the normal bushwalking gear, food and water. Don't expect there to be any cafes or shops open!

(We're walking not celebrating Christmas, so don't expect any of that!).
