From Gordon Station, we will take the 197 bus from Stand A to Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Gardens.

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden covers 123 hectares of urban bushland on Sydney's north shore. Managed by Ku-ring-gai Council, it features heathland and tall forest, sandstone outcrops, ponds gullies and waterfalls.

We will walk the Mueller Track, the most rugged and remote of the walks in the garden. The track follows the creek-lines of two valleys. Ku-ring-gai Creek flows through tall red gums and coachwoods before tumbling down Phantom Falls and converging with Tree Fern Gully Creek near a delightful stopping-place known as Whipbird Gully. Along Tree Fern Gully, there are waterfalls and also a natural rock arch known as Billys bridge.

This walk will also include dropping into the Visitor's centre and Fern House. Expect to see wildlife such as Wallabies and Goannas.
