Tech lunch: Is Intent-centric design helpful or harmful?

We have the pleasure of inviting you to our fourteenth event in our online lunch session format. It will start at 12 pm (AEDT) on the 3rd of May 2022.

This is a session to get conversation designers and developers thinking about their tools - Are your tools really making your job as easy as it could be?

Peter Nann, our co-organiser and local Chatbot Yoda has been burning to discuss this topic for a long time. Many vendors in this space have a strong intent-centric approach, but it comes with its drawbacks. Peter will shine a light on the core issues, and ask what other approaches might exist.
