Cupping is simply a way to taste coffee. Think of it like wine tasting or tea tasting or sampling different gelatos before you buy.
On Sun 26 October, we’re going to cup six mystery flagship blends. These are the blends that coffee roasters always have on their shelf - the ones that represent their brand in a bag.
If you never been to a cupping- this is your chance to change that! I’ll take you though how to cup (spoiler: it’s exactly like how you drink soup) and how to assess a coffee. After this, you’re well on your way to attending other cuppings around Sydney - it’s like a secret little world shared by coffee lovers :)
I’ll reveal what blends we’ve cupped at the end of the session.
