The Signature Drinks Tour

“Signature drink” is a fancy-shcmancy way of saying “this drink uses specialty coffee as an ingredient”.

Creating a signature drink is a skill that has long separated top-tier baristas from their peers. In fact, there are two well known World Coffee Championships that pit the world’s best baristas against each other with their signature beverages - these are Coffee in Good Spirits (coffee cocktails) and the signature drink round in The World Barista Championships (non-alcoholic).

While more common in Asia, Australia has started to pick up on offering signature drinks a la carte and in this tour, we’re going to be sampling some of what Sydney has to offer (on Saturdays).

We’ll be finishing up with SleepyBloc’s second Bloc Party in Marrickville 🎉
