Monday Contact Improv in Bondi

Contact Improv (CI) is a study in relationship to others, and the dance is a chance to hone that with skill, movement and touch.

With no set steps, and no set leader, participants have the challenge and opportunity of practicing the widest possible range of dance moves, and to develop skills around presence, leading, following and flexibility.

It's an utterly joyous practice, and I am loving spreading it to the eastern suburbs. If you'd liek to have a fun night which sparks great changes in your life, come along.

Cost and Booking
You can either book ahead or pay in cash in person.
General ticket: $25

For intermediate and experienced CI dancers, you're welcome to come along and make use of the space for your own practice and Pay-As-You-Will.

I have been dancing contact for twelve years, teaching for ten. I think it an incredibly helpful and healthful form, and I am passionate and committed to its spread.
