Tuesday 8th of July will be our sixth event of 2025 and we are very excited to welcome Sophie Greenfield Experience Designer from Commonwealth Bank who will be talking to augmenting AI tools for product design. We are also looking to welcome some additional CBA Alumni to speak to AI Adoption to support Sophie.
About Sophie
UX Designer with a background in UI and multichannel digital production. Currently UX Consultant at CBA working on StepPay.
Previously at CBA within X15 Ventures for the Vonto project team (now closed).
What I've been doing over the last few months:
• Undertaking quant and qual based research
• Usability testing, contextual inquiry, focus groups and eSurveys
• Sketching, ideating and concept testing
• Prototype development in Figma and Axure
• Researching and identifying personas and mapping user journeys
• Making client recommendations to improve software and content usability
• Having fun!
