Ride to cronulla Beach for lunch

Meet at Leslie Muir Reserve in Canterbury at 10am (near Canterbury station) and ride down the Cooks River cycleway,
then paths and cycleway next to the beach
to Cronulla for lunch in the park, and perhaps a swim.

Maybe stop for a snack at Kyeemagh reserve.
It's 27 k cycle path mostly all the way, next to River or beach, very small amount of road riding (one street only).

I catch the train back to civilisation from Cronulla, but you are welcome to ride further or ride back if you want more punishment.
It's an easy ride, safe, apart from unleashed dogs, small children and boomers glued to their iPhones on the cycle track, so suitable for experienced Urban cyclists.

Sometimes parts of the cycleway are cut off and we may need to do a detour along streets but generally it's cycle path all the way.
