SydDT #78: Designing a Mentally Healthy Life
Details
Come join us for some fun conversations with interesting people keen on creating mentally healthy lives.
This is something we can all relate to, especially after the turmoil the pandemic has had on everyone's personal and professional lives. Who hasn't thought of joining the "quiet quitting" movement, or reprioritising their lives in a way that delivers more meaning? What about holding those conversations that are hard and learning how to state your intentions clearly but also kindly? We are excited to announce Krystal as our speaker for the night, she is an amazing communicator and dedicated to improving the lives around Australians.
