Inaugural event for all first responders who want to improve things. Come to meet like minded people, share your stories, listen or ask questions to our guest speaker.
Craig has more than 25 years’ experience in health and emergency management in over 10 countries, including 9 years as an Intensive Care Paramedic.
During this session, Craig will reflect upon his international healthcare project management experience, including some of the challenges that titles such as Nurse and Ambulance Driver (sic) have when engaging with Ministers of Health.
Knowing Craig as we do, we are confident he will talk about some of the things that keeps ambulance managers awake at night- reporting of response times, P1 runs, the future of ambulance communications, and some innovations in emergency management that have been adopted in other countries

*** About Craig Hooper ***
Craig Hooper is a health management consultant who specialises in emergency and pre-hospital healthcare operations.
His passion remains improving health service delivery and emergency care. Craig established the first domestic national emergency ambulance service for East Timor, managed projects in hospitals around Australia, India and Malaysia, redefining healthcare delivery in the Solomon Islands and managed emergency operation re-design for a private ambulance service in Kuala Lumpur. Craig managed pandemic planning for ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Emergency Services Authority. He developed high-fidelity scenario training activities to enhance student paramedic experiential learning. Most recently, he managed the implementation of two national projects for multi-national companies in Australia.
