​Jane began her career as a professional athlete competing on the world tennis stage before finding her passion in education. She also facilitated national coaching programs for Tennis Australia and co-ordinating national initiatives for education, before starting Habits for Wellbeing.

​As a certified and registered ICF PCC coach, mentor, speaker, facilitator, and registered teacher, Jane has supported and worked with over 33,500 adults in leadership, coaching, education, emotional intelligence, and organisational wellbeing.

​​As an entrepreneur, Tim has been involved in a range of corporate and startup activities, co-founding and managing a slate of businesses in a range of different industries. He is also Vice Chair of BritCham Business Angel’s Committee, providing support to startups and mentorship to founders.

​By day, Tim heads up Operations and Technology for an international wealth management firm, where he serves as an Executive Director and a committee member for their charitable foundation.

​Outside the office, Tim’s passion is for trail running and triathlons, always with a focus on charitable fundraising. He constantly reviews personal and professional development techniques, including health and diet regimens. Most importantly, Tim is also a dedicated husband and father to two children.
