February Meetup - Healthcare AI & Regulation

We are hosting a special Meetup in February, where we will be focusing on regulatory issues and advances in healthcare data science and artificial intelligence. We will be hosting guest speakers from the TGA, who will provide some really useful information on how artificial intelligence can fit within the regulatory frameworks.

So far we have confirmed two talks from the TGA:

1. The TGA's role in digital health [Lee Walsh]
2. The regulation of software as a medical device (SaMD) [Elizabeth McGrath]

We also have confirmed Professor Paul Kennedy, a healthcare data science and machine learning expert from UTS, who will be giving a talk on his work on data analytics research in the childhood cancer domain.
