Gather and Ground - Community Sound Bath Event

Mantra Skin is honoured to offer a special sound journey guided by Sonam from Himalayan Sound Healing. This one-hour immersion will bathe your body and spirit in vibrational resonance. Tibetan and crystal bowls and sacred sound instruments will weave a sonic tapestry to relax your nervous system, clear energetic residue, and reconnect you with the sacred temple of your own being.

Afterwards, we’ll gather for tea and gentle conversation, a moment to foster community, share reflections, integrate and simply be.

This will be the first of regular community events offered by Mantra Skin designed to nourish the soul, ground the body, and foster connection — both within and between us.
Each gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. Through healing modalities, mindfulness practices, and gentle rituals of self-care, we create sacred spaces where community can blossom, and self-connection can deepen. We look forward to welcoming you.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Mats and blankets provided. Feel free to bring an eye mask.
