Deep Dive # 1 - Lean Change Management

Time to deep dive into Lean Change Management by Jason Little.

Over the course of a few sessions we will work through the text, building a joint understanding of the principles of Lean Change and how these can apply to our practice of change leadership and artistry.

In our first meeting we will look at the first two chapters of Lean Change Management. As a facilitator I will pose a series of questions from the text to prompt us to deal with how we can bring these ideas to life in our working environments.
