Mindful awareness is the gateway to freedom! In these empowering meditations we will go more deeply into our true nature, cultivate ease and equanimity, and open to our full potential.
After the meditation there will be an opportunity to ask questions about meditation or mindfulness. This could be anything from how to work with thoughts in meditation, to how to apply mindfulness to specific situations in daily life. Whatever it is, I’m here to support you in deepening your mindful experience, so have your questions ready!
