Sydney Meetup launched in March 2022 - immediately once COVID restrictions were done and dusted 😷.

We're meeting at diverse bars/pubs/hotels Sydney has to offer ❤️ as well as Special Edition Events sprinkled every now and then 😎.

Every 2 weeks due to popular demand.

Who we are?
We're a social meetup group saying Hi over a drink or two at different pubs and bars in Sydney!

What do you chat about?
Anything and everything! From business networking to just a friendly chat, we're all here to mingle with new folks while enjoying the vibes of the venue. Well, almost everything - have a read of the Community Standards & Media Policy link above.

What's the general age bracket?
Open to all age groups, although we find the majority fall in their 30s & 40s from past experience. We do, however have a handful in their 20s, 50s and even beyond.

Can I arrive late?
Of course! And stay for however long you wish as there is no agenda or theme throughout the booking duration.

I don't drink or I'm not planning to - do I have to buy something?
Certainly not! Many of us don't drink and there's no requirement to purchase something for entry.

Is there a dress code for these meetups?
Casual or smart casual will do - unless noted in the event's description.

Do you "kick on" or stay past the end time?
Some do. Depends on the crowd - it's a flexible "play by ear" basis.

How often do you run events?
Generally per fortnight, alternating Fridays and Saturdays for standard social meetups. We also run parties and themed events every once a while.

How long have you been running Sydney Meetup?
