Actual location of meditative location will be revealed once you have confirmed your attendance.

Do you feel stuck in stressed, traumatised and suffering?

Stress does not come from hard work, but knowing you can take appropriate conscious action but did not, but compulsively reacted.

Trauma is as a result of a negative event that keeps playing uncontrollably.

You are sufferring because you need to complete your emotional journey.

By identifying the root cause in the past and consciously repattern and retrain your nervous system so that it feels safe again.

Tranta is a way we can overcome feeling stuck, trauma and suffering.

Once you no longer identify with the mind, you are free to experience life beyond limitations.

We will explore the five key principles in Tanta:

  1. Recognition of the divine in all things: Tantra teaches that the divine is present in all things, including the human body and sexuality.
  2. Use of ritual and symbolism: Tantra involves the use of ritual and symbolic practices to connect with the divine and access higher states of consciousness.
  3. Emphasis on personal experience: Tantra emphasizes direct personal experience as the path to spiritual realization, rather than relying solely on scriptural authority or the guidance of a guru.
  4. Use of energy and breath: Tantra uses techniques such as breath control and manipulation of energy (prana or kundalini) to align and balance the body, mind, and spirit.
  5. Embrace of the physical world: Tantra embraces the physical world and the body as a means of spiritual growth, rather than viewing it as an obstacle to be overcome.

I believe the path of devotion is one of the many means out from suffering.

Devotion is defined as "loyalty and love or care for someone or something" or "commitment to some purpose".

Pros:

  • Brings a sense of purpose and meaning to life
  • Can provide comfort and solace in difficult times
  • Can foster a strong sense of community and connection with others who share the same beliefs
  • Can lead to personal growth and transformation

Cons:

  • May lead to blind obedience and loss of critical thinking
  • Can be used to justify harmful actions and beliefs
  • May conflict with personal values and beliefs
  • May bring dependence on external factors for happiness and fulfillment.

Can you find something worthy of your devotion?
