(serotonin, Oxytocin, GABA, dopamine, endorphin) -Understand our three brains instinctive, sensitive and rational (emotions, feelings, and thoughts) -Discovering the three human treasures: Consciousness, Confidence and Connection -The importance of emotional intelligence and emotional management -Understand emotions and how to use it in our benefit The Four side of emotional balance, Self Esteem, Wisdom, Purpose, and Fulfill Relation -What's is anxiety and depression, and how can we end it? -Healing traumas and emotions with mindfulness -Why addiction start to disappear with Mindfulness? -Mindfulness and fulfil relationships -Activities with Mindfulness ( Yoga, walking, take the tea, Mindful dance...) -The course will have meditation activities and Q & A sessions
