If you’re 50+, enjoy good conversation, and love getting out and about—whether that’s dining out, walking, day trips, or travel— Sydney Womens Socials may be just what you’re looking for.
We are a friendly, inclusive, and non-judgemental social group where everyone is treated with respect and made to feel welcome. Our group is open to singles, separated, divorced and widowed—everyone is invited to join and be part of the community.
Your organiser, Susie, has over 10 years’ experience running Meetup groups, so you can expect well-organised events with great attendance and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Membership is $20 per financial year, payable on joining. This gives you VIP Member status, meaning no booking fees per event. The annual fee helps cover Meetup costs, venue bookings, and other expenses involved in running the group.
Please only request to join when you are ready to pay the membership fee.
To help members recognise one another at events, we ask that your profile photo is a recent, clear head-and-shoulders photo of just you (no sunglasses, hats, or other people).
