Topic statements are suggested by attendees, and the topics receiving the most votes are discussed in a round table format.

The proponent first gives a five-minute background. The participants are given three-minutes to respond without interruption. The round concludes with a five-minute reply from the proponent.

The process is repeated with the topic that receives the next highest number of votes.
