Royal National Park: Waterfall to Sutherland via Uloola Falls! 21km Medium/Hard
This is a fantastic bush walk through the interior of the RNP from south to north.
We meet at Waterfall Train Station by no later than 9:15AM (THE REGULAR TRAIN SERVICE ARRIVES 9:07am) and get right into the bush and a fire trail walk to Uloola Falls, where we stop at 6.5KM, for morning tea (no shops, bring your food).
Morning tea done, it is a further 5.5km through to Audley Weir, where we stop at the camp grounds for a good lunch break, bathrooms and soak up the atmosphere of this wonderful place along the Hacking River. Members can purchase lunch at the Café, though I advise bringing your own food. Following lunch, it is a further 9KM walk to Sutherland Train Station via the suburb of Kirrawee.
What to Bring: Please bring snacks and lunch, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water.
