Bouddi National Park in Spring! 18KM Wonderful!!

Between Sydney and the Central Coast is a Magnificent Coastal National Park, Bouddi!

Let's go and have a look!

We meet at Palm Beach Ferry Wharf in time to catch the 9:00AM ferry to Wagstaff. Buses from Wynyard arrive 8:13AM, 8:29AM and 8:46AM.

Bus delays arriving Palm Beach are common, so I recommend you plan to arrive at Palm Beach at 8:13AM. Do not rely on the bus arriving 8:46AM. If you miss the 9:00AM ferry, you cannot catch up.

The walk sections are:

1. Wagstaff - Killcare Beach Kiosk, morning tea: 5.5KM
2. Killcare Beach - Maitland Bay, scenic spot, 20-minute break, lunch: 5KM.
3. Maitland Bay - McMasters Beach: 5KM.
4. McMasters Beach - Copacabana: 2KM.

Transport out by bus to Gosford Train Station for trains direct to Sydney Central via Hornsby, Epping, and Strathfield,

What to Bring: Snacks, lunch, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water - refills along the way. There are food shops at Stops 1, and 4.

Type of Walk: Scenic bushwalking, fire trails and well-formed paths. Limited sand walking.

Walking Pace: 4.5KM/hr average.

Rating: Medium/Hard
