Fun and dynamic 45 minute boot camp sessions for groups of 6 to 10 women of all ages and fitness levels! Training varies from kettle bells, boxing, battle ropes, high intensity interval training, body weights and unconventional exercises. Full body workout in a supportive outdoor environment. The aim: radiate vitality, move your body and connect holistically.
