🎨 Darlinghurst Art Walk: Galleries + National Art School 🎓
Museum train station, Museum Train Station, Sydney, AUNOTE: This event is posted on multiple Meetup groups.
ABOUT: Explore the leading art galleries of Darlinghurst on Saturday, April 11. National Art School included! This walk is beginner-friendly, and all are welcome - whether you've engaged with art before or not.
Exchange numbers and make new friends as you listen to interesting stories of Australian and international artists...MEETING TIME: 11:00 – 11:10 AM.
MEETING POINT: Meet outside "Museum" train station entry/exit on the corner of Liverpool and Elizabeth Streets.
START AND PROGRAMME: We will begin at 11:10 AM, moving towards Liverpool Street. Midway, we will take a short break.
END: We will end by 2:00 PM. Easy walk back to Town Hall train station. You may also wait for drinks and snacks and more chatting with group members, if interested.

North Sydney Public Art Trail: 20 Sites of Cultural Significance
Milsons Point Train Station, Cahill Expressway, Milsons Point, AUNOTE: This event is posted on multiple Meetup groups.
ABOUT: Explore 20 sites of cultural significance recommended by the North Sydney Council on Sunday, April 12 - across Milsons Point, Lavender Bay and Kirribilli. Stops on this route will include Luna Park, Wendy's Secret Garden (created by Wendy Whiteley, the former wife of the renowned artist Brett Whiteley), First Nations design at the Coca Cola Place, the statue of St. Mary MacKillop (known for her work with the rural poor), historical landmarks and multiple site-specific installations in the North Sydney CBD.
All welcome to this exciting, educational tour! Come along if art is especially new to you. Don’t forget to exchange numbers with group members and make new friends!
