Sunday Futsal at Gunyama Park, Zetland

Please arrive early so you can find the spot and sort out your parking. If you need a ride, just comment on the game to see if someone can pick you up or drop you.

Remember the group rules:

1. Respect your RSVP - no late changes or dropouts, all RSVP changes to be made by 10 AM, Saturday - 24 hours before the game
2. Respect other players, and the organisers
3. Have fun
4. Play with a smile
5. No arguments
6. The line calls are to be made by the player/s closest to the ball
7. The whole of the ball needs to over the whole of the line to be called out
8. Carry cash to make payment for the game if you are new or this is your first time with us

Sunday Futsal - arrive and get ready at least 5 mins before the start time, please

We aim to play 1 small-sided game, 5 v 5 with one rolling sub

> Astroturf: you will need normal soccer cleats or astroturf shoes -
> no STUDDED Boots, ie no metal studs - normal soccer cleats (with the plastic shapes) are fine and the astroturf dotted boots are preferred.

> Remember to bring a White and a Dark shirt with you, especially if it's too hot for bibs

Do not change your RSVP the night before - do it at least 24 hours earlier, even if people are on the waitlist - they need 24 hours notice.

This game is played at a good standard - not appropriate for beginners or if you can't run.

We play with Respect: Play friendly! Be respectful and don't be overly physical in challenges or tackles, keep it friendly - have respect for everyone (irrespective of ability on the court or country of origin/ethnicity), and no negative attitudes.

How to get there:

### By Train (Fastest Option)

• Station: Green Square Station (T8 Airport & South Line)
• Walking Distance: Approximately 800m to 900m (a flat 9–10 minute walk)
• Directions: Exit the station via Botany Road / Zetland Avenue, walk east straight along Zetland Avenue until you reach Joynton Avenue.

### 2. By Bus (Closest Drop-off)

Several bus routes drop off within a 1- to 3-minute walk of the park entrance:

• Route 343 (City Circular Quay / Central to Kingsford): Stops at Joynton Ave opp Gunyama Park or Elizabeth St at Joynton Ave (1–2 min walk).
• Route 320 (Gore Hill / Central to Green Square): Stops along Joynton Ave right outside the park.
• Route 304 (City Circular Quay to Green Square): Stops nearby at Zetland Ave at Paul St or Gadigal Ave (3–5 min walk).
• Route 370 (Coogee to Glebe): Stops at Epsom Rd before Dunning Ave (approx. 4–5 min walk).

### 3. By Sydney Metro

• Station: Waterloo Station (M1 Line)
• Walking Distance: Approximately 1.2 km (a 14–16 minute walk) or a short 5-minute bus connection via Route 320/343 heading towards Zetland.
