Sandboarding in Port Stephens

Ultimate Sandboarding Fun!! 🏄‍♂️
Get ready for an adventurous day at Port Stephens with sandboarding on the famous Stockton Sand Dunes! It’s like surfing on snow but without the freezing cold, bulky gear, or getting wet. The dunes give you the same rush and thrill as snowboarding, but with soft golden sand under your feet instead of ice.🏖️

With the weather getting better now — not too hot and not too cold — it’s the perfect time to try this unique experience. And unlike a trip to the snow that can cost hundreds of dollars, this is an affordable and fun adventure just a few hours from Sydney.

You’re welcome to bring your own food for the day, or you can grab some takeaway at Newcastle Station before heading to the dunes. We’ll ride down the slopes of the largest moving sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere, enjoy the stunning coastal views, and make the most of this outdoor escape.

👉 Note: Once you have RSVPed for the event, transfer $41 (the cost of the sandboarding ticket) to my PayID 0469 306 295 (Vishal) within 3 days so that I can book it from the official provider. It is difficult for the host to keep reminding everyone for timely payment. So, if the money is not received within 3 days, your RSVP will be removed. For more details, check out this link.

Plan for the day:

• 8.20 am – Take a train from Sydney to Newcastle
• 10.50am – Arrive in Newcastle and buy some takeaway food
• 11.00 am – Take a cab or bus to the sand dunes
• 12-12:15 pm – Arrive at activity point for 4WD transfer
• 12:30-3.30 pm – Enjoy unlimited sandboarding for few hours
• 3:30 pm – Take a bus or cab back to the Newcastle
• 5:00 pm – Have some food in Newcastle and head back to Sydney

RSVP Rules: If you have RSVPed but are unable to attend the event, please update your RSVP at least 2-3 days in advance. For those on the waitlist, priority may be given to group regulars.
