Stroke Correction Pool Session

Stroke Correction session with a Commonwealth Gold Medalist.

This session available to all members.

Taught by a passionate and accomplished Australian Team Swimmer, Jason Cram, this 30 minute session will include:

• Simple ways to improve your freestyle dramatically.
• Techniques taught to the best swimmers in the world.
• Understand how to become more efficient in the water.
• The mindset required to get the best out of your swim.

Small groups only to maximise the time in the water, and the best part is Jason is in the water with you for demonstrations and direct feedback.

*Please note - Public pool entry fee is not included in the event fee and will need to be paid upon entry.
