Sydney Testers is about smarter software testing. We welcome any IT professional that performs or supports the practice of testing. This may be manual testers, automation specialists, performance, security, test managers, developers (acceptance testing and unit testing), devops crew, end users (UAT testing), and others...
We are a group of people with a focus to improve testing for Sydney. We operate under a shared set of values and principles. We seek to practice high-value testing rather than so-called "best practice".
Anyone is welcome to join this meetup group that wants to do any of the following:

(In Person) - Ask Me Anything with Michael Bolton of Rapid Software Testing

The tester, author, trainer and public speaker Michael Bolton, famous for his longstanding work in Rapid Software Testing and Context Driven Testing and as co-author of Taking Testing Seriously with longtime collaborator James Bach, will be joining us for a fireside chat as part of his tour of Australia's East Coast to answer YOUR questions and share his vast experience and advice about testing, QA and tech over decades.
Like many of you, Michael Bolton is sick to death about talking about AI. He'd rather talk about something else — testing, critical thinking, risk, cycling, the ideal ramen broth, public transportation, or playing Irish Traditional Music in Sydney pubs. So this time he's offering an Ask Me Anything session, in which he'll answer your questions on things related to testing or anything else. Of course... 'anything' means what it says, so if you want to ask a question about AI, he'll grin and bear it and answer that too.
Michael is here as part of his tour doing Rapid Software Testing and AI workshops in Sydney and Melbourne in late March.
This is a great opportunity to meet and hear from one of the best in the world. Not to be missed!
