Shift Left and Sprint Ahead: Powering Agile Teams with In-Sprint Automation, by N Prasad Sripathi

In today’s fast-paced Agile environments, delivering high-quality software quickly and consistently is non-negotiable. This session explores the transformative impact of In-Sprint Automation—the practice of automating tests within the same sprint as development.

We’ll demystify what In-Sprint Automation truly entails, break down common myths, and provide practical strategies for integrating automation seamlessly into your sprint workflows. From enabling faster feedback loops and reducing technical debt to boosting team confidence and collaboration, attendees will gain actionable insights into how this approach drives efficiency and excellence.

Whether you’re a developer, tester, or engineering leader, this talk will inspire you to embrace a shift-left mindset and empower your Agile teams to move faster, with quality built in.

AI: The Double Edged Sword, by Jeremy Snyder

AI is one of the biggest advancements in tech right now, and while its impacts on cybersecurity are largely positive, allowing security teams to automate certain processes, it can also be a detriment to cybersecurity as malicious actors find more and more new ways to exploit AI.
In this way, AI is a double-edged sword in cybersecurity, both helping it move forward and creating more attack vectors and vulnerabilities.

In 2025, we are seeing unprecedented rates of cyber attacks both on AI and using AI. And as developers continue to race ahead to create more models, AI security is often left to the sidelines or largely misunderstood.

In addition to our talks above we will be giving opportunities to those looking for testing roles along with those looking to hire to announce themselves and state what they are looking for. We may even have some nice prizes on offer ;-)

Come along, not to be missed!
