Hey everyone! π
Requested by existing guests for an intermediate session to unlock different calisthenics moves.
We have 3-4 people regular people who attend each session and have opened up only 2 spots per week. RSVP is a must to attend.

π Tumbalong Park Outdoor Gym (11 Harbour St, Sydney NSW 2000)
π Training Times: Every Thursday β 6:00 to 8:00PM
Please note this is NOT a beginner session as the pace we go at may be too intense for some.
Our social beginner friendly sessions are on every Wednesday (6pm) and Sunday (4pm)!
βΌοΈ Prerequisite to join session βΌοΈ
- 10-15 reps for 4 sets clean pull ups
- 15-20 reps for 4 sets push-ups/Dips
- 20 reps of Burpees for 4 sets

Currently the unit is working on (subjected to change):
- Conditioning routine
- Muscle-ups
- Front Levers/Back Levers
- Handstand/Handstand push-ups
