Each session follows a structured routine ποΈββοΈ to build strength πͺ, improve mobility π€ΈββοΈ, and master key foundational calisthenics skills π.
For people new to calisthenics, we have beginner equipment π§ββοΈ to help you get started, and we will adjust the training pace β±οΈ to accommodate your individual fitness level π₯.

π We are not coaches or personal trainers. We are just here to train calisthenics as we want to meet new people and calisthenics is part our daily lifestyle...
π Max 10 people per session so RSVP quick! This is to ensure that everyone who trains with us to have a good experience and take something away from the session.
