SXSW unlocked - Live music photography ( 2 nights)
Kensington Street, Chippendale, Sydney, AUJoin Print & Pixel for a two-night live music photography workshop at the SXSW Unlocked Street Party in Chippendale — where the city’s creative energy and sound collide.
Less a workshop, more a gathering, this meetup gives you a chance to practice some music event photography as it places you in the thick of the action as bands, DJs, and street performers light up the laneways and stages of Kensington St and with Spice alley at your feet you can enjoy a tasty bite before things kick off.

This hands-on evening workshop immerses participants in the vibrant world of live event photography — from the stage lights and crowd energy to the behind-the-scenes rhythm of festival culture. You’ll learn how to photograph live performers in dynamic lighting, anticipate key performance moments, and capture the atmosphere that defines a major live music event.
