Kings-Cross-Double-Bay-Rose-Bay-Watson-Bay - a Wickedly Wild Wacky Walk! 12km!
EAST SIDE - SPECTACULAR SYDNEY HARBOUR WALK - Just in the nick of time, found some secret alleyways to slightly change the course of this unique walk. Really! Don't miss this, we sometimes need the exercise, yes you agree! 12km is just perfect.
KINGS CROSS START - STUNNINGLY SCENIC WALK - Meet you at Hungry Jack's Burgers (grab a coffee) next to Kings Cross Station Exit, Darlinghurst Street.
Let's hit the streets, walk past the El Alamein Fountain down Elizabeth Bay Road to Rushcutters Bay Park, then go past the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.
We slide past Sir David Martin Reserve, get to Yarranabbe Park, then walk along Darling Point Road, down the Marathon Steps to Steyne Park at Double Bay Ferry Wharf.
Double Bay beach walking, only short, then to Sculpture Garden (overgrown) Rehydrate Stop, next Foster Park, then Murray Rose Pool Loop (300 metres) at Seven Shillings Beach for some fun! Don't laugh! Yes some variety for you.
After that, let's keep plodding along towards Rose Bay Park & Bellamy Beach, then quick stop at Boathouse Rose Bay. Steady walking along the promenade to Lyle Park at Rose Bay Ferry, optional exit here? Let's keep going to Rose Bay Beach!
Hermitage Foreshore Walk, the most exciting section full of rainforest foliage and beautiful views at every turn. The King Cross to Watsons Bay looks short as the crow flies, but with heaps of in and outs, up and downs, wide bays and headland points, it's much longer. Queens Beach is next, then Hermit Beach and Little Tingara Beach.
