The suggestion is that everyone will make their own booking. Once we know the exact number of people attending, I will ask the cruise company to arrange 2–3 tables for us (depending on their seating arrangements) close to each other.

Update:
I contacted the company, and they told me that to sit at the same table, you need to add a note saying 'group of Stan and Alla' when making your booking and paying for a ticket.
