SSP Friday - Newcastle & Return By Train

Today we catch the 8:20am train to Newcastle Interchange Station.
Sandie will provide the carriage we are in when we depart Central Station. The Newcastle train departs Strathfield 8:33am, Epping 8:45am, Hornsby 8:56am & Gosford 9:39am before arriving at Newcastle Interchange.

On arrival at Newcastle Interchange 10:53am, we grab a quick coffee then catch the light rail into the city for a walk through the streets observing the many street art murals or an alternative option for a walk through the Newcastle Art Gallery which has 3 exhibitions on display.

We grab the ferry over to Stockton for lunch. After lunch we wander the streets to see the historically preserved quaint houses that are photo worthy. We return to Newcastle Beach for coffee & photo opportunities & return to Newcastle Interchange for the 3:30 or 4:30pm train back to Sydney. Some may prefer to stay overnight.
