Proudly we present the revamped Symfony User Group NL meetup!

First of all, I'd like to take a moment to thank Matthias Noback for organizing the meetup until 2018, thank you!
I'm Jeroen Sen, an enterprise architect for Medicore, and the organizer of the Symfony User Group NL meetup.

For the first edition of the meetup, we've invited Nicolas Grekas to be our speaker. On March 1st, Fabien and Nicolas presented two new Symfony components they've built on the path to the Symfony Mailer component. That's two new components you'll soon be able to use standalone and/or within your existing Symfony apps. Please come to learn and discuss them!

In short, the subjects will be:

Symfony HttpClient: fetching HTTP resources, the modern way

Symfony MIME: Everything you need to create beautiful emails

About Nicolas Grekas
As a member of the Symfony Core team, Nicolas has been submitting new features and bug fixes almost daily for 5 years. He puts a lot of efforts on making Symfony fast, easy to use and well designed, all at the same time. Commercially he leads the ambition to create a sustainable company supporting and supported directly by the Symfony ecosystem. He previously worked as CTO for Blackfire.io, the PHP profiler that you should definitively try (if you haven't already).

Before Nicolas starts, from 18:00 until 19:00, there is an opportunity to grab some typical Dutch fast-food (https://pomms.nl/). After the talk, we will provide a social until approximately 22:30. The location of the meetup usually has plenty of parking space, however, it's also easily accessible by public transport.
