**Reza Masinaei** is also a Co-Founder and Director of Synova, boasting over 10 years of Canadian work experience, including 6 years in immigration consulting. Reza has helped over 5000 applicants immigrate to Canada. His academic background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and Immigration Law. He enjoys playing the electric guitar, following rock music, playing tennis, and supporting the Brazil soccer team​.
