In a world where AI and robots are taking over, disrupting human connection and increasing isolation, we’ve created this space for us to make meaningful connections and build community. It’s REAL talk rooted in wellness, with REAL humans about the REAL SITUATIONS we face on a daily basis. In this group, we will host discussions and events that help us to center ourselves and re-imagine wellness during the most turbulent of times. 💙

We warmly invite you to join us from the comforts of wherever you may be -- NYC, LA, Houston, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Toronto, DC, or Colombia -- nowhere is too far from our hearts!

What can I expect in this group?
Synergy Matters is a wellness community committed to transforming the way people connect with themselves and others. We curate meaningful experiences in safe and inclusive spaces where Black women (and those who love us) are encouraged to prioritize their wellness by centering personal growth, intimacy, and authentic connections.

Who can join this group?
In addition to these virtual offerings, we organize and facilitate in-person courses, workshops, intensives and wellness retreats.
PLEASE NOTE: This group was thoughtfully composed with black women in mind, however, this space is open to whosoever may love us, whosoever may understand and empathize with, and has respect for our desire to maintain safe spaces within our community.

How much do your events cost?
We will be offering both free and paid services, tools & experiences. We also deeply believe in making this community accessible & creating pathways for participation for folks who are not in a position to pay.
