Here's what you need to do to get the 3 hour free parking:

Parking can be found across the street near the library. You need to come into University Blvd from from 104 Avenue. Go past the traffic light in front of the library and turn into the gravel parking lot on your right side immediately after the traffic light.

REMINDER: you need to go INTO the library and enter in your License Plate at the computer screen near the front desk to get the 3 hours of free parking.
Underground parking is very reasonable ($3.00).
