Hi everyone! 👋
I'm Loredana yoga teacher & a psychology student with a love for movement, mindfulness, and fresh air. I’m hosting a gentle beginner-friendly yoga session in the peaceful setting of Syon Park.
This class is open to all levels, especially beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect with their body and breath. We'll move through simple stretches, grounding poses, and finish with a short relaxation (the class will be about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the group), no pressure, just good vibes and open space 🌿
🧘♀️ What to bring:
1.A yoga mat or large towel
2.Water
3.Layers for the weather (sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes…London 😅)
📍 Where to meet:
We’ll meet near the main lawn, close to the Garden Centre entrance (I’ll post an exact location photo in the comments before the event). Look for the person with the yoga mat!

Sunday, 20th of July, 10:00 AM – around 11:00 AM
💸 Cost:
Free
To ensure everyone’s comfort and to respect the park’s space, this group is limited to 10 participants per event. Please RSVP by Saturday the 19th of July to secure your spot. If the event fills up, we’ll consider adding more dates!
