Are you longing for a safe, authentic space to explore your spiritual life with others? Group Spiritual Direction is not about being told what to believe, it’s about learning to listen more deeply to your own soul, to one another, and to the Divine presence that is always with us.

What is Spiritual Direction?
Think of it as companionship for the soul. It’s a practice of noticing where Spirit is already present in your everyday life. For some people it, it often feels like a mix of therapy, mindfulness, and sacred community...but centered on spiritual growth and inner wisdom rather than self-help trends.

Our Exploration Together

Entheo Exploration: learning to see life in God: how your experiences, questions, and stories are part of something bigger.

Integration Work: slowing down to make meaning of what has happened (pre/post big experiences, awakenings, transitions, losses) and discovering how it shapes your present and future path.

Living with a Spiritual Lens: exploring how daily choices, struggles, and joys reveal divine presence.

Guided by Parker Palmer’s Touchstones from the Courage & Renewal Center; creating a circle of trust for honest, brave, and compassionate sharing.

A rhythm of silence, reflection, and storytelling that allows space for Spirit to speak.

Monthly meet ups on the 2nd Wednesday of every month
Small, intimate groups (6–8 people max)
Inclusive of all people, backgrounds, and traditions
Facilitated by a trained guide in spiritual direction, metaphysics, and mystical traditions
